Job Summary
Full-time hospital-employed outpatient primary care practice seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join an established team of three physicians and five Advanced Practice Providers in Hampstead, MD. Outpatient-only schedule with no weekend clinic hours and minimal telephone-only call rotation. Competitive base salary of $240,000 with production and performance incentives, plus comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, malpractice with tail, 401(k), CME allowance, licensure/dues reimbursement, life insurance, PTO/holidays). MD or DO from an accredited medical school; completed Family or Internal Medicine residency; Board Certified or Board Eligible; Maryland medical license, CDS, and DEA (required or obtainable). Mentorship and onboarding support for new graduates. Location: Hampstead, Maryland.
