Family or Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity – Outpatient Primary Care

Outpatient primary care physician position in Hampstead, MD. LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join an established hospital-employed primary care practice. Join a small, collaborative team of three physicians and five advanced practice providers in a patient-centered outpatient setting with no weekend clinic hours and minimal telephone-only call rotation. Responsibilities include outpatient care for a diverse patient population in a supportive office, with mentorship and onboarding support for new graduates. Compensation includes a base salary of $240,000 plus production and performance incentives, comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, malpractice with tail coverage, 401(k), CME allowance, licensure reimbursement, PTO/holidays), and professional dues. Requirements include MD or DO, completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency, board certification or eligibility, and Maryland medical license with CDS and DEA.
