Job Summary
Hospital-employed outpatient primary care physician opportunity in Hampstead, MD with LifeBridge Health Medical Group. Full-time, outpatient-only schedule with no weekend clinic hours and minimal telephone-only call rotation. Join a collaborative team of three board-certified physicians and five Advanced Practice Providers in a patient-focused environment; mentorship and onboarding support for new graduates. Base salary of $240,000 with production and performance incentives; comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, malpractice tail coverage, 401(k), CME allowance, licensure/dues reimbursement, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school (required)
- Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency (required)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Maryland medical license, CDS, and DEA (required or obtainable)
