Family or Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity – Outpatient Primary Care

Family or Internal Medicine physician sought to join an established hospital-employed outpatient primary care practice in Hampstead, MD. The role is full-time, outpatient-only with no weekend clinic hours, providing patient-centered care in a collaborative team with three board-certified physicians and five Advanced Practice Providers. Candidate must be board-certified or board-eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, with an MD or DO degree and Maryland license. The position offers mentorship/onboarding support for new graduates, a base salary of $240,000 plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, licensure reimbursement, PTO/holidays, tail malpractice coverage, and a 401(k). End-to-end outpatient focus with minimal telephone-only call rotation and a diverse patient population.
