Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care to over 65,000 patients annually across 12 community health centers and three mobile clinics. Deliver an integrated approach focusing on prevention, self-management, and health maintenance while engaging patients as key team members. Manage APC supervision when requested and maintain current California medical, DEA, and CPR licenses alongside board certification. Serve the rural Humboldt and Del Norte counties with access to state-of-the-art facilities and extensive support programs including residency tracks, loan repayment, and specialized services for transgender patients and homeless outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Medical School
- Residency
- Current California medical license
- Current Board Certification

- Current CPR
- Speaking and hearing sufficient to communicate effectively by phone or in person, at normal volumes
- Vision adequate to read correspondence, computer screen, forms, etc.
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
