Job Summary
Manage outpatient care for adult and Medicare-aged patients (60+) with an average volume of 10-14 patients daily, supported by medical assistants and care coordination staff. Deliver relationship-based, physician-driven care using an efficient, cloud-based EMR while maintaining autonomy in customization of patient care. Operate on a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with no weekends or hospital responsibilities, featuring minimal phone-based call rotation. Join the inaugural team at a new Jacksonville location, where administrative burdens are removed to focus on medicine, quality metrics, and continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients
- Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care
- Active, non-probationary Florida medical license OR ability to obtain a full Florida medical licensure
