Job Summary
Provide comprehensive ambulatory care, preventive services, and chronic disease management for a diverse patient population within a rapidly expanding outpatient primary care group in western New York. Operate within a multidisciplinary environment focused on accessible, team-based care across several community sites. Maintain eligibility for or possession of a New York medical license and DEA registration. Final compensation is set by the hiring manager and discussed directly with qualified candidates during the interview process.
