Job Summary
Conduct virtual, phone, and in-person meetings to serve as the primary advisor for an established book of high-net-worth clients. Lead ongoing client review meetings, develop comprehensive financial planning recommendations, and coordinate inbound transfers for asset consolidation. Collaborate with internal specialists to identify estate planning needs, tax opportunities, and retirement income strategies while facilitating new account onboarding and portal adoption. Partner with Client Services to ensure seamless transitions and deliver a proactive, white-glove service experience that enhances retention and referrals. This role is based 100% onsite at the Scottsdale corporate headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Active Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 securities registration
- Active Arizona Life & Health/Annuity Insurance License
- Clean U4 record
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of financial advisor, wealth management, or investment advisory experience
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering financial planning recommendations
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, client-first mindset
- This position is based 100% onsite at our Scottsdale corporate headquarters
Desired Qualifications
- CFP®, CFA®, CIMA®, CPA, or other advanced financial designation
- Experience serving high-net-worth clients and retirees
- Background in comprehensive financial planning, estate planning coordination, and tax-aware wealth strategies
- Experience working within a fiduciary or family office environment
