Family Office Client Service Representative

Job Summary
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for ultra-high-net-worth family office clients, delivering high-touch, white-glove service and building relationships with family members and external advisors. Anticipate client needs to proactively coordinate solutions across internal teams, manage account onboarding and documentation for complex structures, and monitor activity status to ensure operational excellence and data integrity. Prepare customized client reports, organize materials for meetings, and support KYC/AML processes while adhering to firm policies and regulatory guidelines. Partner with financial advisors, investment bankers, and third-party managers to execute investment initiatives and liquidity events. This role reports to the Head of Family Office and offers the opportunity to shape processes as the position develops.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2 - 5+ years of experience in wealth management, family office, or financial services client support
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and account structures
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting UHNW or family office clients
- Knowledge of complex entity structures (trusts, estates, partnerships)
- FINRA Registrations: Series 7 and/or 66 (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with portfolio reporting systems and CRM platforms
