Job Summary

Family Office Analyst drives front-line support for Relationship Managers, managing day-to-day client activity, preparing investment materials for client meetings, supporting business development and client/prospect meetings, and coordinating portfolio execution and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating client communications, producing meeting materials, assisting with marketing events, presenting client information (holdings, capital activity, performance), coordinating re-balancing or re-papering, managing checks, funds transfers, gifting, troubleshooting account issues, ensuring compliance, and acting as a primary contact for high-net-worth and endowment/foundation clients. Skills and qualifications emphasize investment knowledge, asset allocation, trust/estate planning awareness, financial services and wealth management domain familiarity, strong communication and organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office (Excel), and a commitment to professional development (CFA a plus).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of industry experience
  • Demonstrated interest in the Wealth Management field
  • Client service experience and aptitude
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • CFA certification or interest in pursuing CFA a plus
