Job Summary
Account Manager for the Family Office/Business Management practice. Responsible for processing accounts payable/payroll, reviewing schedules, assembling year-end tax packages, responding to client inquiries, monitoring insurance renewals, assisting with home purchases/refinances, and managing contracts, royalty audits, and generational planning. Leads quality control, mentors Assistant Account Manager, collaborates with partners on onboarding new entities in STAR and Dynamics, and assists with monthly financials and reconciliations. Requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; CPP certification is a plus; bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years in business management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field, or 3-5 years of experience in the business management industry.
