Job Summary
Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. Manage health outcomes for panels of 800-1000 patients with appointments ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, focusing on preventive care, wellness, and acute/chronic disease management. Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers within an interdisciplinary team while utilizing electronic medical records and population management tools. This role offers a non-production-based compensation package with no financial risk, allowing providers to focus on high-touch service without insurance billing or administrative burdens.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Completion of residency
- Professional experience in Family Practice
- Professional experience in Internal Medicine
- Professional experience in Pediatrics
- Board certification
- Intent to certify
- Active state license
- CPR/BLS certification at time of start date
