Job Summary
Provide medical care and treatment to patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries within primary care teams in Madison and Cross City, Florida. Deliver the highest level of care in a friendly, team-oriented environment during a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule with no weekends or holidays. Maintain current BLS certification and Florida licensure as a graduate of a US Family Nurse Practitioner program with at least one year of primary care experience. Eligible for NHSC and FRAME student loan repayment.
Required Qualifications
- graduate of a US Family Nurse Practitioner program
- 1 year of primary care FNP experience
- Florida licensed FNP or in the process of obtaining licensure
- Current BLS certification
