Job Summary
Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical services in a Baltimore wellness clinic, overseeing GLP-1 weight management, IV hydration, peptide optimization, and aesthetic treatments. Responsibilities include conducting initial and follow-up consultations, comprehensive medical assessments, lab review, treatment planning, administering IV hydration therapies, Botox and dermal fillers (training provided if needed), monitoring patient progress, and ensuring compliant documentation. The role also encompasses community outreach and events to support business development and ongoing professional development with opportunities to obtain Botox/filler certification and expand clinical protocols. Requires MD FNP licensure in Maryland, active DEA license, BLS/ACLS, Maryland CDS, and at least 2 years of FNP experience, with comfort in IV administration and wellness/aesthetic services.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Current Maryland DEA license
- BLS/ACLS certification (both required)
- Current Maryland CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substances) license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing FNP
- Hands-on IV administration experience (comfortable starting IVs independently)
- Experience or strong interest in wellness services: weight management, IV therapy, peptide therapy
- Aesthetic injection experience preferred (Botox/fillers) OR willingness to complete training within 60 days
- Active aesthetic injection certification (preferred)
- Local to Baltimore/ Anne Arundel County area
Desired Qualifications

- Strong communication, documentation, and community outreach skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM) and IntakeQ
