Family Nurse Practitioner

Deliver exceptional medical care to patients of all ages by diagnosing, treating, and educating them for acute and chronic conditions. Perform medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups including primary care, urgent care, and DOT physicals, while executing procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and abscess drainage. Provide leadership during emergencies and oversee on-site laboratory and imaging services. Maintain clinical core competency, ensure policy compliance, and participate in staff education and quality improvement initiatives. Work in a fast-paced environment with rotating 36-40 hour weeks, including 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekends.
