Job Summary
Deliver high-quality health care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting targeted patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to ensure excellent patient care and guide new employees through orientation, training, and job shadowing. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide therapeutic recommendations for acute and chronic conditions. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications in compliance with Federal, State, and company protocols. Maintain accurate patient charts and forward them daily while adhering to HIPAA and all regulatory requirements. Work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, responding quickly to changes in patient conditions and utilizing virtual communication channels for consultations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Active, in good standing, and verifiable License and DEA
- DOT certification to be obtained within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- Ability to treat all ages
- Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to be flexible to adapt to new technologies and protocols
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment within both in-patient clinic and virtual settings
- Ability to pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment within both in-patient clinic and virtual settings
- Ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels
- Knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA
- Working knowledge of all Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements

- PRN Employees required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
- Ability to lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions and attitude
- Ability to discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
- Ability to formulate accurate diagnoses
- Ability to implement clinical and Telehealth protocols
- Ability to analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information
- Ability to deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations
- Ability to ensure activities are conducted in a manner consistent with overall department expectations and compliance with Federal and State regulations
- Ability to work in a manner that is consistent with overall department expectations
- Ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees
- Ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees
- Ability to attend Mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training
- Ability to pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper patient follow up
- Ability to perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols
