Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care

Deliver full-scope outpatient primary care to a loyal, relationship-driven Wayne County patient panel, managing acute and chronic conditions across all life stages from pediatrics through geriatrics. Partner with a collaborative, community-focused care team to coordinate patient needs while utilizing shared clinical systems to support seamless, high-quality care delivery. Serve as a consistent, accessible provider for families who depend on local healthcare in a community setting with no hospital rounding.
