Job Summary
Terros Health seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner responsible for conducting physicals, medical evaluations, and treatment of illnesses in an outpatient setting. The role includes prescribing medications, coordinating care, educating patients about wellness and preventative health, and providing direct patient services for a significant portion of work time. Candidates must hold a valid AZ FNP License, have a Master’s or Doctorate in nursing, and possess required certifications. Proficiency in electronic health records is preferred. This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- AZ FNP License Required
- Certification Required
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in nursing
- Possess a valid First Aid/CPR and AED certification/BLS
- Possess a valid DEA license
- Valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for one within 7 working days
- Must pass a drug screen and TB Test
- Proficient using computer-based systems including electronic health records (NextGen preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- FNP Experience Preferred
- NextGen Experience is a PLUS
