Establish medically appropriate care levels, oversee on-site laboratory and x-ray services, and provide leadership during emergencies. Maintain clinical core competency, ensure compliance with licensing standards, and participate in policy development and staff education programs. Work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts and variable hours.
