Diagnose, treat, and educate patients with acute and chronic conditions while performing procedures such as laceration repairs, nail removal, and abscess drainage. Manage clinic operations by overseeing laboratory services, x-rays, and direct access collections, ensuring compliance with medical policies and professional standards. Provide leadership during emergencies and guide other medical staff to maintain quality care. Maintain clinical core competency through in-service education and participate in policy development. Work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including every-other weekends, to deliver convenient, friendly patient care across multiple locations.
