Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Diagnose, treat, and educate patients across primary care, urgent care, occupational health, and workers compensation while performing procedures like laceration repairs, nail removal, and abscess drainage. Establish and monitor medically appropriate levels of care, oversee on-site laboratory and x-ray services, and provide leadership during emergencies. Maintain clinical core competency, ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, and guide medical staff to uphold quality professional services. Participate in policy development, continuing education programs, and internal or external meetings as required. Full-time staff work rotating 36-40 hour weeks with 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekends.
