Job Summary
Diagnose, treat, and educate patients with acute and chronic conditions while performing procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and splinting. Provide medical assessments, manage clinic operations including lab and x-ray services, and lead staff during emergencies. Maintain clinical competency, ensure policy compliance, and participate in continuing education and policy development. Work in a fast-paced environment with rotating 30-40 hour shifts or per diem schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Active state license as an APRN or PA
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Board Certification
- Current DEA license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire
- Current DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred
