Job Summary

Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting targeted patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitude to ensure excellent patient care, and actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and adhere to company values. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses, order tests, and prescribe medications for acute and chronic conditions. Maintain accurate patient charts, complete mandatory compliance training, and consult through virtual communication channels. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing and coaching opportunities. Work 12-hour shifts every other weekend for full-time staff or a minimum of four shifts monthly for PRN roles, with periodic on-call requirements.

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
Current License or Certification
License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
DEA required for all providers
DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
Providers must be able to treat all ages
Must meet any credentialing requirements needed
