Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Up to $5K Sign On Bonus

Job Summary
Conduct high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings, delivering diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations while adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitude to ensure excellent patient care, analyze patient histories and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses, and order or interpret diagnostic tests. Meet targeted patient volume goals for both in-person and virtual visits, maintain accurate patient charts, and consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing and coaching opportunities. Work 12-hour shifts every other weekend or PRN with a minimum of four shifts per month, with on-call requirements for ancillary providers.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Current License or Certification
- License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
- DEA required for all providers
- DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- Providers must be able to treat all ages
- Meet any credentialing requirements needed
- PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
- In Mississippi, Fast Pace requires pre-employment/drug/alcohol testing as a condition of employment

Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
- Experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred
