Job Summary
Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals and maintaining accurate daily charting. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitude to ensure excellent patient care, and actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and adhere to company values. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide therapeutic recommendations for acute and chronic conditions. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment. Complete mandatory compliance training, attend monthly supervising physician meetings, and welcome new employees with introductions and training support. Work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, adhering to federal and state regulations including HIPAA, with on-call requirements for PRN staff and 12-hour shifts for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Current License or Certification
- License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
- DEA required for all providers
- DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
- Providers must be able to treat all ages
- Must meet any credentialing requirements needed

Desired Qualifications
