Job Summary
Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals and maintaining accurate daily charting. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitude to ensure excellent patient service, and actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and adhere to company values. Order diagnostic tests, interpret results, and prescribe medications for acute and chronic conditions while consulting patients through virtual channels. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing and coaching to support their learning and training.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Current License or Certification
- License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
- DEA required for all providers
- DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- Providers must be able to treat all ages
- Meet any credentialing requirements needed
- PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
- In Mississippi, pre-employment/drug/alcohol testing as a condition of employment
- Applicants are limited to individuals from states, excluding: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
- Experience as a provider in Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred
