Job Summary
Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals and maintaining accurate, timely patient charts. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitude to ensure excellent patient care, and actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and adhere to company values. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide therapeutic recommendations for acute and chronic conditions. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and support their training through job shadowing and coaching. Complete mandatory compliance training, monthly supervising physician meetings, and E/M training. Work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, consulting patients via virtual channels and promoting a respectful culture of confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Active, in good standing, and verifiable License and DEA
- DOT certification to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- Family Nurse Practitioner License
- Physicians Assistant License
- PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
- Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 years of experience as a nurse practitioner; new grad Physician's Assistant with up to 1 years of experience as a physician's assistant
- Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years of experience as a physician's assistant
- Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience as a physician's assistant
- Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 10 years of experience as a physician's assistant
- Must be able to treat all ages
- Must meet any credentialing requirements needed
- DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
- DEA required for all providers
