Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – New Grad Opportunity with extensive training program in a telehealth-enabled clinic setting. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care in clinic and telehealth, leading clinic staff, reviewing medical histories and medications, diagnosing and planning treatment, following clinical practice guidelines, ensuring proper charting, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and participating in mandatory trainings. Level progression from new grad to experienced provider (Levels 1–4) with a mix of in-person and telehealth duties; required credentials include MSN/MMS with active license and DEA where applicable, plus DOT certification within the first 120 days. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and adherence to company values, with full-time, 12-hour shifts and weekend coverage expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- Active license and DEA (where required)
- Ability to treat all ages
- Experience preferences for Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility is strongly preferred
- DOT certification to be obtained within 120 days where applicable
- Proficiency in telehealth and in-clinic patient care
- Ability to meet patient volume goals in telehealth and in-person settings
- Compliance with HIPAA and health information management standards
- Ability to lead clinic staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- New Grad and progression levels outlined (Level 1-4)
- Mandatory compliance training
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to provide care via telehealth and in-person modalities
