Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant wanted to join Fast Pace Health team, with a $5,000 signing bonus. The role encompasses delivering high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, leading clinic staff, following clinical protocols, and ensuring patient satisfaction through accurate histories, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations. The Provider will work in a fast-paced environment, participate in mandatory meetings and training, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA and health information management), and support continuous improvement in patient experience. Requires advanced nursing or PA education (MSN or MMS) and active DEA licensure, with a mix of in-clinic and telehealth responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth across multiple experience levels.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- Active license and DEA in proper regulatory jurisdiction
- Ability to provide care in clinic and telehealth settings
- Experience meeting patient volume goals in telehealth and in-patient settings
- Proven experience as Telehealth Clinician or equivalent
- Ability to supervise and lead clinic staff (RNs, front office, etc.)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and health information management
- Ability to interpret diagnostics and formulate treatment plans
- Ability to work in fast-paced autonomous environment
- New grad to experienced providers acceptable per internal levels (Level 1-4)
- DOT certification within 120 days (where applicable)
- Compliance training and adherence to company standards
- Education: MSN and/or MMS required
- DEA active and verifiable
- Ability to treat all ages
- Licensure and credentialing requirements per state law
