Job Summary
Provide high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, lead clinic staff, review medical histories and medications, formulate diagnoses, follow clinical practice guidelines, ensure timely charting, implement telehealth protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance; experience levels range from new-grad to seasoned provider with MSN and/or PA studies; requires DEAe, DOT, and ongoing training; full-time with 12-hour shifts for FT staff and 4 shifts/month for PRN; on-call periods and level-based experience progression described.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies
- Active license/DEA; DOT certification within 120 days of employment
- Experience in telehealth and in-clinic patient care
- Ability to lead clinic staff and implement clinical protocols
- Ability to perform and interpret diagnostic tests and to prescribe medications
- Ability to comply with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
- New Grad to experienced providers (Level 1-4 with progressive experience)
- Eligibility for state licensure as NP or PA
