Job Summary
Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings; lead clinic staff and ensure patient satisfaction while delivering care within NP/PA protocols, including reviewing histories, diagnosing, prescribing medications, and guiding treatment plans. Deliver in-person and virtual health services, maintain accurate patient charts, comply with HIPAA, and implement telehealth protocols. Participate in mandatory meetings, support new employee training, and uphold company values in a fast-paced, autonomous environment; practice across levels of care from urgent/occupational settings to routine family medicine with a focus on patient-centric care and safety. Full-time role with 12-hour shifts and occasional on-call responsibilities; includes a $5,000 bonus opportunity and emphasis on compassionate, collaborative care across clinic and telehealth channels.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- Active license: DEA (required for all providers)
- DOT certification required to be obtained/maintained within 120 days of employment
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER/trauma, family medical practice strongly preferred)
- Proven Telehealth experience and ability to treat all ages
- Ability to work in both clinic and telehealth settings; able to lead and collaborate with clinic staff
- Knowledge of HIPAA and health information management
- Current license/credentialing requirements met for professional practice
