Job Summary
Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and via telehealth, lead clinic staff, and manage patient care from history review through diagnosis and treatment planning. Schedule and prioritize telehealth and in-patient patient flow, ensure accurate charting and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory requirements, implement clinical and telehealth protocols, and provide patient-centered care with a compassionate, collaborative team approach. Maintain strong patient satisfaction, participate in mandatory meetings and training, support new employee onboarding and training, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinic operations and virtual care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- Active license and DEA, in good standing
- DEA required for all providers; DOT certification must be obtained within 120 days where limited by state law
- Ability to treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements
- Experience in Telehealth and ability to work in both clinic and virtual settings
- Proven experience as Telehealth Clinician
- New Grad to 10+ years experience levels outlined in Levels 1-4 (depending on seniority)
- PREFERRED: 1-2 years of experience as a provider in Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit
- Current DOT certification within 120 days of employment
- Ability to obtain required credentials
- Masters Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Active medical license and DEA
- Compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols
- Ability to perform duties within standard NP/PA protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
