Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Flexible Schedules

Job Summary

Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals and leading staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications for acute and chronic conditions. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, and actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns. Maintain accurate patient charting, complete mandatory training, and consult patients through virtual communication channels. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing and coaching. Work flexible schedules including 12-hour shifts every other weekend for full-time staff or minimum four shifts monthly for PRN, with periodic on-call requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
  • Active, in good standing, and verifiable License and DEA
  • DOT certification to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
  • Family Nurse Practitioner License
  • Physicians Assistant License
  • PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
  • Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
  • Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
  • Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 years of experience as a nurse practitioner; new grad Physician's Assistant with up to 1 years of experience as a physician's assistant
  • Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years of experience as a physician's assistant
  • Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience as a physician's assistant
  • Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 10 years of experience as a physician's assistant
  • Must be able to treat all ages
  • Must meet any credentialing requirements needed
  • DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
  • License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
  • DEA required for all providers
  • Providers must be able to treat all ages

Desired Qualifications
