Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Job Summary
Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals and interpreting diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitude to ensure excellent patient care, and discuss patient histories, symptoms, and medications to guide treatment plans. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on acute and chronic condition management. Ensure chart completion is timely and compliant with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA. Actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and recommend ideas to improve patient experience. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing and coaching opportunities. Work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, adhering to clinical protocols and mandatory compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Active, in good standing, and verifiable License and DEA
- DOT certification to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- Family Nurse Practitioner License
- Physicians Assistant License
- PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
- Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 years of experience as a nurse practitioner; new grad Physician's Assistant with up to 1 years of experience as a physician's assistant
- Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years of experience as a physician's assistant
- Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience as a physician's assistant
- Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 10 years of experience as a physician's assistant
- Must be able to treat all ages
- Must meet any credentialing requirements needed
- DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
- DEA required for all providers

- In Mississippi, Fast Pace requires pre-employment/drug/alcohol testing as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
