Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Summary
Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings by diagnosing patients, interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications for acute and chronic conditions. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes to ensure excellent patient care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company protocols. Engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and recommend improvements to the patient experience. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing and coaching to support their training. Perform duties as outlined in the SCRIBE job description and adhere to all mandatory compliance training and clinical practice guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Current License or Certification
- License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
- DEA required for all providers
- DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
- Applicants are limited to individuals from states, excluding: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia
- In Mississippi, Fast Pace requires pre-employment/drug/alcohol testing as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
- Experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred
