Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Conduct primary care, urgent care, occupational health, and DOT physicals while performing procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and abscess drainage. Diagnose, treat, and educate patients across all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions with a medically appropriate level of care. Oversee on-site laboratory services, x-rays, and collections for direct access, while providing leadership during emergencies. Maintain clinical core competency, ensure policy compliance, and participate in continuing education and staff development programs. Work rotating 36-40 hour shifts including every-other weekends.
