Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant provider needed to deliver high-quality care in clinic and telehealth settings at Fast Pace Health. Responsibilities include leading clinic staff, delivering care in-person and via telehealth, reviewing medical histories, forming diagnoses, adhering to clinical protocols and HIPAA, and maintaining accurate patient charts. Requires a Master’s degree (MSN or MMS), active license and DEA, and DOT certification within 120 days. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant-provider experience with preference for Urgent Care/Occupational Medical or Family Practice. Full-time role with 12-hour shifts and every-other-weekend schedule; on-call periodically for Ancillary Providers. Telehealth capabilities, strong teamwork, compliance training, and ongoing professional development are emphasized. Additional levels of experience exist (Level 1–Level 4) with progression based on years of practice. Equal employment opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- Active license and DEA
- DOT certification required within 120 days where limited by state law
- Experience: at least 1-2 years as a provider in Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit; Family Medical Practice strongly preferred
- Ability to treat all ages; credentialing requirements met
- DEA required for all providers; compliance with state/federal regulations (HIPAA)
- License must be active and verifiable; ability to work in fast-paced autonomous environments; telehealth experience preferred
- Must meet credentialing requirements; ability to work in clinic and telehealth settings
- Must have Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies; current, active licensure
