Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Provider delivers high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth, leads clinic staff, and adheres to SCRIBE protocols. Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, formulating diagnoses, providing patient-centered care, ensuring HIPAA compliance, implementing telehealth protocols, and maintaining accurate patient charts. The role supports both in-person and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic decisions, collaborates with clinical leadership, participates in mandatory meetings, adheres to U.S. Federal and State regulations, and promotes a collaborative, compassionate patient experience. Requires mastering clinical operations, ongoing compliance training, and the ability to work in fast-paced, autonomous environments; preferred experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
