Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Summary
Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth settings; lead clinic staff (nurses, front office) to deliver excellent patient care; assess and manage patients’ histories, symptoms, and medications; formulate diagnoses; develop and implement clinical/telehealth protocols; ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate patient charts; deliver patient-centered care with a focus on safety, cost, and clear communication; participate in mandatory meetings and ongoing training; support new employee onboarding and clinic operations; maintain professional licensure (DEA) and certifications; adapt to fast-paced autonomous environments and virtual diagnostic/therapeutic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER/Trauma, or Family Medical Practice strongly preferred
- Current License or Certification: License and DEA must be active and verifiable; DEA required; DOT certification within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
