Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care as a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Carrollton, TX. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic medical conditions; performing physical exams, preventive screenings, and routine follow-up visits; ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and labs; prescribing medications and developing treatment plans; maintaining accurate EMR documentation; collaborating with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and licensure/certification requirements include an active Texas NP/PA license, national certification, and a DEA license (or eligibility).
