Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Job Summary
Diagnose, treat, and educate patients across primary care, urgent care, occupational health, and DOT physicals while performing procedures like laceration repairs, injections, and abscess drainage. Maintain a medically appropriate level of care by overseeing on-site laboratory and x-ray services, ensuring compliance with licensing and accrediting bodies. Provide leadership during emergencies and guide medical staff to uphold quality professional standards. Participate in policy development, continuing education, and internal meetings as required. Full-time team members work rotating 36-40 hour weeks with 12-hour shifts and every-other weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active state license as an APRN or PA
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Board Certification
- Current DEA license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire
- Current DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Current BLS certification
