Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - $5k Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary
Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals and leading staff in behaviors and attitude. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic data to formulate accurate diagnoses, order tests, and prescribe medications for acute and chronic conditions. Ensure chart completion, protocol adherence, and compliance with federal and state regulations including HIPAA. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing and coaching opportunities. Work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, either in-person or virtually, while maintaining friendly relations with all clients and employees.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Current License or Certification
- License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
- DEA required for all providers
- DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
- Applicants are limited to individuals from states, excluding: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia
- In Mississippi, Fast Pace requires pre-employment/drug/alcohol testing as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
- Experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred
