Job Summary

Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting targeted patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes to ensure excellent patient care, and guide new employees through introductions, tours, and training activities. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide therapeutic recommendations for acute and chronic conditions. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment. Adhere to clinical protocols, complete mandatory compliance training, and maintain accurate patient charts in compliance with federal and state regulations. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly to changes in patient conditions and utilizing virtual communication channels for consultations.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
  • Current License or Certification
  • License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency
  • DEA required for all providers
  • DOT certification is required to be obtained by FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
  • PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
  • Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
  • Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year
  • Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 years of experience as a nurse practitioner; new grad Physician's Assistant with up to 1 years of experience as a physician's assistant
  • Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years of experience as a physician's assistant
  • Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience as a physician's assistant
  • Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience; Physician's assistant with over 10 years of experience as a physician's assistant
  • Must be able to treat all ages
  • Must meet any credentialing requirements needed
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment within both in-patient clinic and virtual settings
  • Must be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment

  • Must be able to pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper patient follow up
  • Must be able to order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests
  • Must be able to responsibly prescribe medications
  • Must be able to educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions
  • Must be able to attest and follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs
