Job Summary
Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams, and procedures. Practice evidence-based medical care with on-demand access to a physician. Work scheduled appointments without admin days or on-call time. Travel to various clinics during a two-week training period, which may involve additional mandatory training outside scheduled shifts. Demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care. Receive all required vaccinations including Hepatitis B, MMR, PPD, Varicella, and COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA
- Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
- At least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care
- Experience seeing patients of all ages
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program
- 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer
- State License
- DEA
- BLS
- one professional organization of your choice (AANP or AAPA)
- Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs
- Patient-facing employees receive all required vaccinations, including, but not limited to, Hepatitis B, MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD/TDAP, and COVID-19
Desired Qualifications
- Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator
- Must wear a mask as needed
