Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or testing centers with occasional tele-health; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams; utilize clinical training for in-office procedures; obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states; full-time role based in Boston, MA with a base salary range of $145,400-$154,500 per year and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
