Job Summary
Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant delivering comprehensive primary care across acute, chronic, and preventive visits. Manages a patient panel with in-office and testing-center visits, with occasional tele-health sessions and ongoing collaboration with in-office and virtual teams. Participates in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities; utilizes clinical training to perform in-office procedures; requires willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. Based in Austin, TX with relocation assistance potentially available; must be licensed in Texas by start date and eligible for practice in One Medical’s multi-state tele-health framework.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in Texas by start date
- 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with fellowship or urgent care experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency with technology to deliver high-quality care
- Commitment to evidence-based primary care
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
