Job Summary
Provide primary care across acute, chronic, and preventive visits for a patient panel, in-office or testing centers with occasional tele-health visits; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; perform in-office procedures as appropriate; continuously learn and adapt through ongoing education and feedback; must obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states; requires completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and Texas licensure; full-time role based in Austin, TX with relocation assistance potentially available; One Medical offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in Texas, obtained by start date
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
