Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via tele-health; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; utilize specialized clinical training and perform in-office procedures as applicable; hold CA state licensure and national FNP/PA certification with outpatient primary care experience; readiness to obtain credentialing for expanded virtual primary care in additional states; relocation assistance may be available and a sign-on bonus is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- State licensed in California
- 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Readiness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
