Job Summary
Clinician in full-time role based in Austin, TX managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits; in-office or testing center care with occasional tele-health; participation in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaboration with in-office and virtual teams; opportunities for in-office procedures and additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in extra states; requires accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and Texas licensure; relocation assistance may be available and benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
- 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with 0+ ages plus 1 year primary care fellowship OR 1+ year in urgent care setting with 0+ ages
- State licensed in Texas by start date
