Job Summary
Deliver personalized hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, including weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, and low libido treatments, under the supervision of a physician medical director and Center Director. Manage patient care plans, explain complex medical conditions and treatment options in clear terms, and build lasting relationships within a smaller clinic environment. Complete 10 consecutive training days Monday through Friday, followed by a requirement to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month (three Saturdays in months with five Saturdays). Maintain an active Colorado NP or PA license in good standing with a current DEA license.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado NP or PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
- Current DEA license
- Ability to complete 10 consecutive training days, Monday through Friday, following clinical hours
- Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with patients
- Comfortable explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans in easy-to-understand terms
- Strong teamwork and a patient-first mindset
- Available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month
- In months with five Saturdays, providers are required to work three Saturdays
